G Panalo uses advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are found, all related accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your G Panalo login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. G Panalo will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to protect your login details.

Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information — including a fake name, incorrect date of birth, or someone else's mobile number — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in account termination. Winnings generated on an account with false registration details will not be paid out.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

G Panalo accepts deposits through all major Philippine payment channels, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are shown during the deposit process.
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your G Panalo account within seconds.
• Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on the sending bank's processing times.
• G Panalo does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that belongs to you. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

5 Betting Rules and Void Bets

Once a bet is confirmed at G Panalo, it cannot be cancelled or reversed unless the event or game is declared void according to our void bet policy. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds applied to your wager — subsequent changes to live odds do not affect confirmed bets.

Void Bets

A bet placed at G Panalo may be declared void and the stake returned to your account in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled before it commences and is not rescheduled within 72 hours.
• An obvious pricing error occurs (e.g. odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault).
• The event cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond the control of both parties.
• G Panalo determines, after investigation, that the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a bet result at G Panalo has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the result being posted. Disputes submitted after this window may not be considered. G Panalo's decision on all disputed bets is final after investigation.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

G Panalo regularly offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published with each promotion and must be read alongside these general Terms.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering requirements being met.
• G Panalo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of system errors — will have their bonuses revoked and accounts reviewed.
• In cases of suspected bonus abuse, G Panalo may withhold associated winnings pending investigation.

7 Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair and safe environment for all G Panalo players, the following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with G Panalo games or betting markets.

G Panalo actively monitors all accounts for signs of prohibited conduct. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and in serious cases, referral to the relevant authorities.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

G Panalo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Legal requirement or instruction from a regulatory authority.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts dormant for 12 or more months may be subject to dormancy policies).

If your account is closed by G Panalo due to a violation of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If you choose to close your own account voluntarily and there is no policy violation, your remaining balance will be returned via your registered withdrawal method after verification.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the G Panalo platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the property of G Panalo or its content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the G Panalo platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 10 Limitation of Liability
